This was taken at sunset at Mill's lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. The image is stitched from 6 separate photos taken using a D300 DSLR using a zoom lens at 24 mm. I used a standard ballhead on my tripod even though the trees in front are very close. The complete image is 33 MP large as rendered by hugin but is even higher resolution if I care to render it that way.
